I am a self-taught abstract and intuitive painter, and mixed media artist. I have always been a “creative” and worked alone in an art space in my home. Upon arriving in North Carolina, I attended my first art workshop at Donna Downey Studios and she rocked my world. In early 2020 I became a member of the Cabarrus Art Guild.

It was scary and exciting to work with other artists while feeling powerful all at the same time. I have since attended workshops by Tracy Verdugo and Carol Nelson, just to name two talented artists. I ALWAYS learn something!
